“Destiny lives Down the Road” officially selected to screen in competition at Australia’s only Oscar Qualifier Flickerfest

Elektrik short “Destiny lives Down the Road” has been selected to screen in competition at Australia’s prestigious shorts festival Flickerfest. Australia’s only Oscar/BAFTA qualifier, Flickerfest received a record number of entries this year (2,200) of which only 108 were chosen to screen in competition.

“Destiny lives Down the Road” is the Elektrik Zoo’s 10th short. It was shot on location in Chalmette,  and Gretna for under $1000 with a crew of two. Two additional crew members were added in post production for music and sound design.

Patrick and I would like to thank all of you who’ve been a part of this film. To the hundreds of people that have supported us and the film, we’ve lived the Elektrik Zoo motto that “Together we are Stronger.”
